Work Package 2

Spring steel development, characterization, properties. WP2 contains the production of the flat bars made of the reference (serial) and new steel grades for the whole project needs in WP2, WP3, WP4 and WP5, their successive portioning and heat treatment, their characterization and determination of all fundamental material properties for the theoretical tasks (SSP simulation, residual stress relaxation and fatigue life calculation).
